Reservation Terms & Conditions
To make a reservation, you must fill the Reservation Form on our website and provide your credit card details. All foreign currencies will be automatically converted to the local currency of Indonesia (Rupiah). Due to the high level of booking at certain times of the year, we cannot guarantee that every booking will successfully be made, so it is advisable to book as far in advance as possible.

Deposit Policy
Non-Refundable (a payment link will be sent separately to secure the booking). Any excessive payment or double transfer caused by an error of the system during the transfer process, cannot be refunded to the guest. Administration fee from total amount is applicable for any refunds.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 Days prior arrival 1 Night charge, No Show 100% charge.

Insurance
Aryan by Kadena strongly advises the utilization of fully comprehensive travel insurance before traveling to Gorontalo. It will give the protection of illness or injured and the needs of medical treatment, including emergency procedures abroad, that may require an air ambulance for evacuation, loss of baggage, and personal items, cancellation, death, and other possible unforeseen circumstances.

Responsibility
Aryan by Kadena is not responsible for any loss or damage to any property or personal items or equipment belonging to guests during the stay, including during any activities or excursions you may be involved in Gorontalo area. We are also not responsible for any delays, expenses, or inconveniences caused by an uncontrollable event, such as the late arrival of flights, fires, floods, severe weather events, civil disturbances, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any kinds of equipment or machinery.

Government Tax & Service Charges
Aryan by Kadena, whether a long or short term in nature, are subject to a 21% Government Tax and Service charge, added to the reservation amount.
