All foreign currencies will be automatically converted to the local currency of Indonesia (Rupiah). Due to the high level of booking at certain times of the year, we cannot guarantee that every booking will successfully be made, so it is advisable to book as far in advance as possible.
Deposit Policy
Non-Refundable (a payment link will be sent separately to secure the booking). Any excessive payment or double transfer caused by an error of the system during the transfer process, cannot be refunded to the guest. Administration fee from total amount is applicable for any refunds.

Cancel 3 Days prior arrival 1 Night charge, No Show 100% charge.

We are also not responsible for any delays, expenses, or inconveniences caused by an uncontrollable event, such as the late arrival of flights, fires, floods, severe weather events, civil disturbances, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any kinds of equipment or machinery.
